Returns Policy

This policy explains everything that you need to know about returning your items purchased on flavacarscents.com. Please note: We can only accept returns where the original purchase was made on this website. If you have purchased from a retailer near you, please return the item(s) to the place of purchase.

Change of mind

Should you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return any unused, unopened products providing they are in the same condition as when you received them. Please contact us by email on info@flavacarscents.com quoting your order number and stating that you wish to return goods. We will provide a full refund once the goods are checked at our warehouse, including the cost of outbound postage, however you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Where you are returning part of an order, we will only refund the cost of the goods and not the postage charge. Nothing in our returns policy affects your statutory rights.

Damaged or faulty goods

Should you receive goods that are damaged or defective, please contact us by email on info@flavacarscents.com quoting your order number. We’ll be happy to replace any goods that are found to be faulty or damaged. Should we require the goods to be sent back to us, we will cover the cost of the return postage, either by refund or by providing a postage paid label.
